Lea Michele has taken to social media to pay tribute to her late boyfriend Cory Monteith on the second anniversary of his tragic passing. "Today we remember the laughter and joy you brought into our lives every day. We think of you always and love you so❤️," Michele, 28, wrote on her twitter account.
The late actor was only 31 years old when he was found dead in a hotel room after taking a toxic mix of heroin and alcohol on July 13, 2013 in Vancouver, Canada.
